SPR# FHEN6MQHGK - Fixed a problem where DXL Export was not exporting more than one UNID in TYPE_NOTEREF_LIST
items. This could lead to a "Document has invalid structure" error if the DXL was subsequently
imported. Certain itemdata content could be incorrect when used across multiple platforms.
This could lead to DXL Importer errors such as "PANIC: List Entry count in TEXT_LIST is invalid"
